b. Preservation: Products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For optimal quality, goods should be consumed prior to the expiry date indicated on the packaging.

Users may need to register to access certain services. The Roasters reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions and terminate accounts. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Currently, payments are accepted via Cash on Delivery within Lebanon only. Online payment options may be introduced at a later date.

 

9. Orders and Invoicing

The Roasters is not responsible for errors in order forms or delivery addresses provided by Users. Orders will be processed within 3 to 5 working days, and acceptance of orders is not guaranteed. Invoices are stored in The Roasters’ database.

 

10. Security Protection

The Roasters takes reasonable precautions to ensure the security of payment details. However, Users acknowledge that online payments are processed through a third-party platform, and The Roasters cannot be held liable for any breaches or security issues related to those transactions.
